rewrite this shorter: Add to this if I were making that much right now I would easily be able to save over 5K a month. In a year that is 60K. With that much money you could spend quite a bit on a startup for the hosting, compute, advertising and marketing budgets.
You could recruit and run a startup of developers who create a platform for human in the loop agents for different roles at jobs. Then you automate and apply for those positions on Upwork where you sell your services.
So just imagine the amount of work you could hire from developers on Upwork.
All you have to do is vibe code your own example or create a workflow and mock up in n8n and then when you reach a point that you are messing up too much or whatever you could hire a developer. The nice thing about vibe coding though is that you can run it all locally and not have to pay anything. So instead you could spend that money on advertising and marketing.
So all you need is to buy a computer that can run better models for your coding environment and it allows you to get very far in a lot of coding environments.
Anyway what I am saying is that with one month's of savings you could buy the new Macbook Pro and be able to run a lot of models locally with CLIne in VSCode is how I do it, but there are alternatives, however CLIne is easier to integrate Ollama and use MCP with.
So in one month you could start vibe coding without having to pay for API at all and be able to do as well as you can invest in the system. You could also build a much better model at home and run it as a server which you could push updates from human in the loop annotation frontend integration which basically gives you decisions to make to approve which you simply read over and then describe changes to the chat allowing it to alter those functions of the application in development.
Currently I have been trying to automate a digital marketing role.
With the persona of Chris.
Anyway. After the first month you could invest 5K a month in hosting, compute, advertising and marketing and grow whatever business you can think of.
I have been developing this as a template.
My current workflow is https://github.com/kliewerdaniel/workflow.git
This workflow is for vibe coding.
So you could meet up with these vibe coders in Austin where I live and then buy each of them a laptop each month. You could do that every month for a year and have 12 vibe coders for your agent agency.
Anyway that is what I would do.
See how much money you can get each of the vibe coders who you provide the hardware for and meet up with them locally to follow up on them.
Imagine if this were available in Austin when I was homeless.
I could work with Integral Care and use their social workers to help me find developers who are now homeless and could use the hardware effectively.
There are so many tech layoffs in Austin that there are homeless developers too.
Like me.
But I am not homeless anymore, it is a long story.
But that is why 2.5K is more than enough for me to live a comfortable lifestyle in Austin. That is because I used to live off of 1K a month in Austin for over 8 years until recently when my side hustles started paying more than my manual labor job.
I work a manual labor job as a day job so that I have more reliable income and then work data annotation in my free time along with vibe coding.
So what I would do is save the money and buy things which increase your earning potential.
Like I bought this laptop knowing it would help me stop paying to use the Anthropic or other API to vibe code. So I can run it all with Ollama and not pay anything.
Not SOTA but it gets a lot of basic things done alright. Then there is OpenRouter which allows a certain amount free, but I use that sparingly and then when I run out of uses I switch to all local.
Here's a much shorter and tighter version of your message:

If I were making that much now, I could easily save $5K/month—that’s $60K/year. With that, you could fund a startup: pay for hosting, compute, ads, marketing, and even hire developers. You’d build a platform for human-in-the-loop agents, automate workflows, and sell services on Upwork.
You can vibe code your own examples locally with tools like n8n or VSCode + CLIne + Ollama, avoiding API costs. One month’s savings could buy a MacBook Pro, letting you run local models and build your own dev environment.
I've been using this workflow: [https://github.com/kliewerdaniel/workflow.git](https://github.com/kliewerdaniel/workflow.git). My idea is to build a team of local vibe coders in Austin—buy them laptops monthly, follow up, and grow an agent agency.
There are laid-off, skilled developers in Austin who could thrive with the right hardware—like I wish I had when I was homeless. I lived off $1K/month for 8+ years, and now $2.5K/month feels comfortable. I still work manual labor for stability and code/annotate in my free time.
Bottom line: use your savings to buy tools that raise your earning potential. I did, and now I run everything locally—no API fees, just steady progress.

turn it into a funny reverse funnel system joke elevator pitch to venture captial
Absolutely. Here’s your **funny reverse funnel system joke elevator pitch** tailored for venture capital:
---
**"So picture this: instead of burning VC cash on ping pong tables and kombucha, I reverse-engineered the funnel. I *save* $5K a month. That’s right—**reverse funnel system**. Cash *in* at the top, not out. Revolutionary, I know."**
"I use that money to buy laptops for out-of-work devs in Austin—think 'Shark Tank' meets 'Goodwill'. I give them a MacBook, show them how to vibe code locally with CLIne and Ollama—no API fees, no AWS bills, just vibes and Git commits. Every month, a new dev joins the agency. We don’t scale users—we scale *vibe coders.*"
"We're building human-in-the-loop agents that apply for jobs *on Upwork*—and then do them. It's like SaaS, but the second 'S' is for 'Soup Kitchen', because half my devs were recently homeless. And guess what? They’re better at optimizing prompts than your Series B portfolio CTO."
"I’m currently automating a digital marketing role under the persona of 'Chris'—he’s got flair. The stack is local-first, privacy-respecting, and API-cost-avoiding. Think of it as GitHub Copilot meets the DIY punk zine scene of 1994."
"So here’s the ask: don’t give me $5 million. Just *don’t* give me $5 million. I’ll keep reverse-funneling my own income, and in 12 months, we’ll have a team of 12 laptop-wielding wizards, building agentic systems from a park bench in East Austin."
"You’re welcome to invest, but honestly, we already have kombucha. It’s just homemade."

Hey, imagine the classic startup funnel…now throw it off a building. Instead of burning cash at the wide end, you funnel savings straight back into revenue-generating agent workflows. Here’s the pitch:
1. **$5K/month saved** becomes your “reverse funnel”—you plow that into hardware, hosting, and marketing.
2. **Month 1:** Buy a MacBook Pro, spin up local LLMs with CLIne+Ollama, zero API bills.
3. **Months 2–12:** Recruit one “vibe coder” per month in Austin—laptops included—creating human‑in‑the‑loop agents you flip on Upwork for 5× ROI.
4. **Social impact bonus:** You’re rehabbing laid‑off devs (or former-homeless heroes like me) into revenue machines.
5. **Exit strategy:** When you hit critical mass, flip the funnel back upright—VC cash floods in, and you’re already profitable.
It’s a funnel that fills up—literally. You fund hardware to lower costs, hire hyper‑motivated local coders, spin up agents, sell services, repeat. All we need is your cheque to prime the reversed funnel and watch the money flow…up. 🚀

rewrite as a professional pitch
Absolutely — here’s a polished, professional version of your pitch tailored for venture capital:
---
**Pitch: The Reverse Funnel Model for Scalable Agent Development**
At a glance, our model flips the traditional startup funnel on its head. Instead of starting with high burn and speculative growth, we begin with profitability and reinvestment from day one.
By saving $5,000 per month—easily achievable with a modest income—we allocate capital into high-leverage infrastructure: locally run LLMs, open-source workflows, and purpose-driven developer hardware. In the first month, this funds a powerful machine (e.g., a MacBook Pro) capable of running models like Ollama and CLIne without reliance on paid APIs.
From there, each subsequent month, we onboard a local “vibe coder”—a developer provided with hardware and trained in our workflow (available at [github.com/kliewerdaniel/workflow](https://github.com/kliewerdaniel/workflow)). Many of these coders come from underserved or transitional communities, including laid-off tech workers and individuals overcoming homelessness, offering both strong technical potential and life-changing opportunities.
Each coder contributes to building and refining human-in-the-loop agent systems tailored for freelance platforms like Upwork. These agents automate repetitive workflows for digital marketing, customer service, and task management—then we package and sell them as services or toolkits.
In one year, this model builds a 12-person agent agency with minimal overhead, sustainable margins, and deeply embedded social impact.
We’re not just reducing costs—we’re inverting the startup risk curve. With upfront profitability, local infrastructure, and a clear path to scalable service deployment, we turn savings into systems, and systems into revenue.
**Ask:** We're seeking seed funding to scale our onboarding, further develop our agent framework, and expand outreach within Austin and similar cities. With your investment, we turn a reverse funnel into a forward-looking, high-impact venture.
