Walk for art supplies

rewrite shorter: Anyone in Austin want to go on a walk with me handing out colored pencils to those down on their luck with no entertainment or resources? I would supply all the goods. All you would do is be present. I would actually do pretty much everything. It is just nice having a second set of eyes. Normally I do this alone, but I think it would be more effective if I was not. The supplies should arrive tomorrow from Amazon so not today. Just send me a message. I live in East Austin, but I have a car now, although my preferred form of locomotion is just walking, so we could really meet up anywhere. We could also go to halfway/transitional housing, since they are also in need even if they are doing slightly better. The main thing is that there is no agenda and we are not selling anything. Simply handing out the materials and moving on. Art can be very therapeutic. It is just the gatekeepers who try to make money off of it that ruin it for everyone. There I go with symbolic blame, when I should really just take action to help others instead.
