But you can eliminate the ability for the model to refuse if you host it locally. So imagine it this way. You can only think so far one way or another before the AI will use its guardrails to correct what you are doing to adhere to the regulations placed on the AI by the government of the jurisdiction you are under. To be commercially viable the AI companies have to adhere to those regulations. But that ends up creating a product for the user which is sterile, lacking of any personality and just a basic utility rather than anything a person would really want from a coworker or whatever role you are replacing with AI. Now I just sound crazy, well things that have a long explanation sound crazy until you actually describe what you mean fully. By that I mean I have created a sovereign system for data analysis which has Yuuuuuuuge forensic and intelligence implications. Here is how it basically works, first download a quant of whichever LLM model you want, that is, find one which will run on your hardware and then find an abliterated or heretic non-refusing version of the .gguf from HuggingFace like providers such as bartowski or unsloth. Now you simply clone the /ggml-org/llama.cpp and /mistralai/mistral-vibe/ repos and run the modelfile with llama.cpp and set up Mistral Vibe to use the local model you configure in the .vibe/config.toml in your root directory and there you now have a sovereign bot you can control which is running entirely locally on your machine.
