Skipping signals to the research team that the time estimate may need adjustment. You will not be penalised for skipping. 🎁 Daily Bonuses We love volume! To reward high-output days, we offer the following daily bonuses based on total task time estimates completed in a single day: Tasks Completed in one day (Total Estimated Time) Bonus Effective Hourly Rate 5 hours +$35 $27/hr 8 hours +$70 $28.75/hr 10+ hours +$115 $31.50/hr Example: Complete 10 hours of task estimates in one day → earn $200 (base) + $115 (bonus) = $315 total, an effective rate of $31.50/hr. Keep your momentum going day over day and rack up streak bonuses on top of your daily earnings: Streak Bonus Each consecutive day you complete 2+ hrs of tasks +$10 per day Complete 2+ hrs every day for a full 7-day week +$50 extra on top Streaks reset if you miss a day below 2 hours, so keep it going! 🔥 ⏱️ Minimum Hours Requirement To remain active on the project, all contractors are required to complete a minimum of 15 hours of tasking per week. If you have a week where you're unable to meet this — whether due to time off, illness, or other commitments — just give us a heads up and we'll note it. No problem at all! Repeated weeks below the minimum without prior notice may result in being offboarded. 🚀 Onboarding & First-Task Bonus Onboarding (including the entrance exam and platform setup) is not paid. However, once you complete your first 5 hours of tasks on Furbal, you will receive a one-time $25 bonus to account for the time spent getting set up. 📆 Payment Schedule The weekly schedule will run Friday - Thursday (for payments and weekly streak bonuses). Payments will be processed by our team on Fridays, and you can expect to see them reflected in your Mercor dashboard on Fridays each week. You can expect to see payments in your bank account the immediately following Wednesday (e.g. you would see the payment processed on Friday, 4/10, on Wednesday, 4/15. 📋 Important Payment Rules ✅ Do: Run Insightful whenever you are working, even though pay is per-task. This is used for tracking and troubleshooting and is required. Submit tasks completed with your own genuine effort. 🚫 Don't: Use AI tools to generate your full task response. Tasks where AI was used to generate the entire response will not be paid.
